The credit union voted to approve the merger Friday.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Members of 121 Financial Credit Union officially voted to merge with Vystar Credit Union Friday.
The merger will become effective on March 1, 2024.
121 Financial will become a division of Vystar and operations will continue as normal throughout the summer.
All employees will integrate into the VyStar team.
121 Financial, formerly Florida Telco Credit Union, has been a part of Jacksonville for 89 years.
