Plan on all-day rain. It will start in the mid morning with spotty light showers before becoming steady later in the day.
Flooding is possible overnight as the rain increases and becomes heavy.
2-4 inches is possible and the high winds will make any outdoor activities nearly impossible during the evening.
Winds will gust over 40 mph from the SE causing coastal flooding.
Models are unclear on how soon the rain ends on Sunday.
Rain is likely in the morning but may ease up during the afternoon and evening.
Weather normalizes on Monday with dry, chilly, and breezy conditions.
