CLAY COUNTY, Fla. — UPDATE: Cecil Hickox was located safe.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the community’s help in locating a missing man.
Cecil Hickox, 43, was last seen in the 2500 block of Blanding Boulevard between 3:00 and 3:30 p.m. Saturday. Hickox has short dark hair and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a light-colored T-shirt, blue jeans, and tan tennis shoes.
Deputies say Hickox has an impaired mental capacity and suffers from seizures and hallucinations.
