Clay County, Fla. – The severe weather that impacted our area this weekend is causing problems for some children going to school on Monday in Clay County.

Parents told News4Jax that they received an automated call from the school district on Sunday that said buses would not be able to transport any students living on dirt roads due to unsafe conditions caused by the weather. Parents are asked to either meet their bus driver at the nearest paved road or to transport their child to school.

The school district also reminded parents to expect delays on Monday due to the weather damage across the county.
