Jacksonville Sheriff’s officers responded to a “possibly deceased individual” at Henry J. Klutho Park in the Springfield area of Jacksonville Thursday morning, according to the sheriff’s office.
One woman First Coast News spoke with in the park, says she walks in the park every day but, “nothing like this ever happens” while she’s on her normal route.
