Deputies looking for 4-year-old non-verbal boy missing in Putnam County

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. – The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office is currently working to find a 4-year-old child who wandered from his Putnam County home on Thursday afternoon.

The sheriff’s office said Mason Newstead, who is non-verbal, was last seen leaving his home on Front Street in Welaka around 12:30 p.m.

He is wearing gray footie pajamas.

PCSO has multiple deputies assisting in the search as well as a helicopter.

If you see the child, please call 911 immediately.
