Exit ramp to I-10 eastbound on I-295 north blocked following deadly crash

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – One person died after they were struck by a truck Monday shortly before noon on I-295 northbound at the eastbound ramp to I-10, Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department confirmed.

Live traffic camera shows a heavy presence of first responders from several agencies including JSO and FHP.

The eastbound ramp to I-10 is currently blocked. Traffic on I-295 northbound is flowing slowly.
