JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A family of three was displaced from their home on Jacksonville’s Northside Tuesday morning following a fire that “totaled” their house, according to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
JFRD said on X that the house fire occurred in the 11500 block of Kings Ridge Court. No one suffered injuries in the fire, according to JFRD.
First responders tell First Coast News the fire started in the garage of the home and then traveled to the attic.
The fire, including how it was caused, is being investigated by the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
