JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Small flames have rekindled inside the RISE Doro apartments, less than one week after a massive fire destroyed the multi-million dollar apartment complex on Sunday.
A spokesperson with the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department described the flames as a “small rekindle.”
First Coast News crews on the scene see first responders shooting water at one corner of the building.
Patrons at That Bar At The Arena said JFRD crews came inside the bar and told everyone to leave. The bar is located near the entrance of the Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena.
