JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A person is dead Sunday afternoon in the Turtle Creek area, according to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
First Coast News received calls regarding heavy police presence in the area of Magic Cove Lane and Poydras Lane West.
At this time, it’s unclear how the person died.
Police are blocking off Poydras Lane at this time, and drivers are encouraged to avoid the area.
