JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Six months into the war in Gaza, residents in a Beauclerc neighborhood voiced their support for Israeli hostages in Gaza by posting photos of them around the neighborhood.

They said they just want the hostages back home with their families.
“They were minding their own business, they had nothing to do with anything political. And again, they were observing a holiday and they need to come back home,” a resident said.
Justin Sakofs said while he isn’t directly related to Israeli hostages, he still wants them to come home.
“We are all part of one family at the end of the day and we want them all to come home for that reason,” Sakofs said.
The United Nations said over 80% of the population in Gaza has been displaced and more than one million people are close to starvation.
Negotiations for the 134 Israeli hostages continue, but no deal has been met.
