
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Thousands of people were without power after severe weather and strong winds rolled through the First Coast on Tuesday.
JEA reported more than 2,800 customers affected by power outages along Race Track Road, including the area of Julington Creek Plantation.
More than 300 people reported power outages in the Loretto area of Jacksonville.
Roughly 280 people in Riverside also experience power outages Tuesday.
More than 100 people in Orange Park were also without power.
Right now crews are assessing damage in all the areas.
