JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The westbound lanes of the Matthews Bridge will close 9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26 and reopen by 6 a.m. Monday, Jan. 29.
As part of a rehabilitation project on the Mathews Bridge, State Road 10A, a westbound directional closure of the bridge is planned this weekend, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting, FDOT said.
Westbound drivers will detour via the Hart Bridge during the directional closure, according to FDOT. The eastbound inside travel lane will be closed during this time with the eastbound outside travel lane remaining open to vehicular traffic.
