JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a tornado warning for Central Columbia County in northern Florida.
At 2:54 PM EST, a severe thunderstorm was located over Winfield, or near Lake City, moving east at 25 mph.
