One person is dead after an “industrial accident” was reported on Jacksonville’s Westside Tuesday morning, according to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
JFRD says the industrial accident occurred at 4500 Dignan St., but further details were not released.
Jacksonville Sheriff’s officers are on scene, as well as a First Coast News crew, and updates will be provided as soon as they are made available.
