PALM COAST, Fla. – The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Samuel Mills, who was last seen in Palm Coast wearing an orange and blue shirt.

Officials said he may be traveling in a 2007 black Nissan X-Terra with a Florida license plate JD995K.
