Silver Alert issued for missing Jacksonville woman considered endangered

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to find a missing 67-year-old Jacksonville woman who is believed to be endangered.

Linda Jones Corley was last seen around 5:15 p.m. Monday, driving a silver 2009 4-door Pontiac G6 with Florida license plate “CBT C61.″ The vehicle is missing a left hubcap.

Corley was last seen on the city’s Southside near Beach and University boulevards. Her last direction of travel is not known.

Corley was reported missing by her family after she did not return home. Police have been told she has a serious medical condition and is showing signs of dementia.

Corley is described as a Black woman with brown eyes and black hair, about 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing about 130 pounds.

Anyone with information that could lead to Corley’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office at 904-630-0500 or 911.
