ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office (SJCSO) is searching for someone who fell off a boat and into the St. Johns River on Friday afternoon.

According to the SJCSO, the search is focusing on the area south of the Shands Bridge.

SJCSO said people can expect to see a large law enforcement and fire and rescue in the area.

No other information was immediately available, but SJCSO is expected to provide updates later in the day.
