JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing woman in the Southside area. Sybil D. Rowe, 67, was last seen on foot around 7 a.m. Monday in the area of 3600 University Boulevard South, a JSO news release states. She has been diagnosed with dementia. “Due to the circumstances involved, we are asking for assistance in locating Rowe to ascertain her safety,” the news release states.
Rowe is 5’2″, 110 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a blue hat, long-sleeved light blue shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes with white soles.
