JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville Fire and Rescue is responding to a vehicle crash with injuries Thursday night on Interstate 95 North just before Fuller Warren Bridge, and all northbound lanes are blocked as of 8:59 p.m.

JFRD said that one person is trapped and a hazmat crew is on the scene for a fuel leak.
