JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Update: All I-95 lanes have reopened at University Boulevard in Jacksonville as of 8:39 a.m. after a crash with injuries caused two northbound lanes to close Thursday.
JFRD says that the accident is an MCI level one which means eight vehicles are involved in the accident, as delays are expected. JFRD also tells First Coast News that three people have been taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to JFRD’s post, one lane is still open.
