JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Due to a multi-vehicle crash with injuries, all southbound lanes on Interstate 95 just past Racetrack Road are closed Thursday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
FHP also says the crash involved a fire. The left shoulder lane is open, but drivers should use caution when driving in the area.
